Who, Where and a bit of how

The members of Highgate Library Action Group pay a pound a year to support our small branch library on Shepherds Hill in Highgate, north London. We have been active for over 20 years –initially to fight plans for closure and then to refurbish and enhance the services for the community.

The money we raise (through membership fees, donations and book sales)is used to buy books, equipment, and garden supplies and to fund activities for children.

We publish a newsletter HLAGNEWS which is distributed to members and is available here and at the library.
